Drumming is one of the oldest forms of human expression. Across cultures and generations, rhythm has been used to celebrate, to heal, and to bring people together. The steady, grounding pulse of a drum can reduce stress, elevate mood, and cultivate a profound sense of wellbeing and belonging.

Led by Vicky Mulligan, this guided one-hour experience invites participants of all ages and abilities to explore rhythm in a welcoming and supportive environment.

No musical background is needed. Drums are provided. You simply bring yourself.
