Discover the restorative power of breath and sound in this immersive workshop presented by Life Center Stage at the Citizens Bank Theater.

Integral Breath Therapy is a highly personal and experiential process that uses specific breathing techniques to clear out physical, mental and emotional blocks or stresses.
Participants will be guided through intentional breathing practices designed to encourage relaxation, release stress and support greater mind-body awareness.
The experience also incorporates drumming, vibration and quartz crystal singing bowls to create a calming, restorative environment.
